I flew IXM-MAA on Sunday night. I enjoyed my first flight aboard 9W. It was a good airline.

Anyway...

I was surprised that there weren't any lights at the airport - no green lights showing the taxi lines, no runway lights (not even to the side). I have been at various airports where there haven't been the green taxi lights, but never where there haven't been runway lights at night. There were, however, the usual blue lights indicating the sides of the taxiways, etc. - but nothing on the runway at all. Is this usual?
