According to the site www.presstur.com SALE Singapore Aircraft Leasing Company filed for Air Luxor bankruptcy on a Portuguese Court for an alleged 5 Million Euro debt.
As Air Luxor is known for its bad service I think they are starting to go under.
I´ve flown 2 times on Air Luxor LIS-MAD-MLE and LIS-PUJ on charter services and their service was really bad.

Well this doesn't come as a surprise really... I just wonder how the HiFly thing fits in? Is it a way to get around the bankruptcy filing because the planes were sold to a new company? Even then, the leasing company would still be the same, and not happy with Air Luxor/HiFly management.

Let's see how this continues - does Air Luxor (or their holding company) lease or own their L1011s? I assume this dispute is about the A320s and/or A330s.
