I thought it was a company tradition all the way back to the Nyrop days.

Good, I hope that all of them are found guilty and are taken away from the company and hopefully someone who knows what they are doing and actually care about the airline fills their spot. But to be honest AMFA screwed you buddy, and certainly everyone else knows it at NW.

If I'm not mistaken there was a NWA bankruptcy deathwatch in the days before they actually filed. If anyone DIDN'T sell their stock for whatever they could get in the last few days, then they were about as smart as AMFA leadership....  white

Yea but when Exec. start to sell large number of stocks and tell everyone else that the Company is doing just fine. Then we have a problem. If Steenland and the other guys are found to be guilty then I hope they serve some Jail time just like Martha

If you purchased NWA stock between Apri 12, 2005 and September 14, 2005 you can join the class action lawsuit.

If anyone bought NWA stock any time in the past year; what were they thinking? All the legacy carriers including Northwest were in a bad way. Many analysts were predicting bankruptcy for Northwest,
Not very smart investors

Class action? Nobody goes to jail in a class action.... All it does is enrich the lawyers...

All I did was provide a link from something I came across regarding this thread. I did not say anything about jail, guilt, ect, ect.

Well, I'll go out on a limb, in the absence of facts admittedly, and say that senior leaders of a company should behave in a way that puts them beyond reproach.

They didn't in this instance.

My personal opinion is that they wanted to cash in bigtime before filing. I'm just shocked that they did it so transparently.

Hang 'em high!
