I searched the forum for information on this topic, and since I am unable to reach www.fly-ana.com at the moment, I am posting this question on the forum.
I was at IAD today to catch a flight to ATL. I got there a little early, so I decided to mosey over to the A/B Concourse to grab a latte while watching any of the Asia bound flights get ready for pushback. Much to my surprise, I saw not one but TWO ANA (All Nippon Airways) jets right next to each other. One was the familiar B777-200ER parked at gate B41 (?) with signs clearly indicating that it was bound for NRT. However, another ANA jet (looked like a 777-300ER) pulled up right next door in gate B37 much to my surprise. My first thought was - there's no way the IAD to Japan market can support 2 daily flights to Japan (can it?)
Does anybody know why there were 2 ANA jets at IAD today? Are both scheduled flights?
Sorry but I don't have reg's to back up my claims.
