New Airlines At Msp?

I heard a few months back, that a few new airlines will operate out of MSP. I have never seen any new airlines. Please tell me if there will be any new airlines. And tell me what airlines should operate out of MSP.

Beginning next year, AA will significantly boost their presence at MSP, while NW's will diminsh to extinction.
