What kind of aircraft did Delta operate between CLE and ATL between 1981 and 1983?

My guess would be 727s and DC-9-30s. I'd add the DC-8-61, but I think that would be a bit large on this particular route.

According to this website for July 83 OAG, DL flew DC-9's and 727's between CLE and ATL, at least in July of 83.

We used to fly that route back when i was younger going to JAX. I just remember it being on Delta jets and the old style yellow seats Smile
