I don't think so.. Hidalgo has just said they want to move the long-haul fleet to Airbus, retaining the 738 for short-haul. He said something about the low-range of 767 for South-America operations

Yes, and a A380, 100 EMB195 etc. etc......

No serious. They have 1 DHC-7 left (after the belly landing of the other one),
2x 737 now (the second one is in service to MAR)
an that's it !
Everything else is a rumor and nothing but a rumor, including the 767 and the MAD operation (no certified crew, no ETOPS no traffic rights).
Operations are still very unreliable.

We will have to wait and see. And this will take a looooong time.

Sorry Viasa, I can' t tell you if it is the PU 732 or another one. But in fact. looking at their schedule from 10dec they have 2 737 in operation. As their HAV flights are kind of "secret" it's difficult to say if it is the PU aircraft that is used to MAR.
But: wasn't the lease with PU scheduled to end in dec 2005. In this case I would say it's another 737, a real 2nd one !
The schedule for MAR is tight:
CCS MAR:

11:40
16:50
19:20
It is even based in MAR !

YV-1078C and

YV-1007

Pluna did some flights to SVMG while a single 733 started operations to MAR prior to the second 733 arrival to join their fleet.

Taken (and paraphrased) from the Venezuela Ministry for Tourism Website:

Starting January, V0 will begin ops to MAD after 3 agreements were signed with UX, which will provide passengers with a 6-weekly CCS-MAD flight.

The first agreement is one where Conviasa has entered into a codeshare with Air Europa, which means that pax can choose to take either the V0 or UX flights as the flights will be operated thrice-weekly by each airline.

The second agreement is an ACMI lease of a UX A340 which will cover V0's CCS-MAD flight 3 times a week.

V0 and UX have also extended their agreement to cover routes within Spain and Europe (for V0 connecting pax), and South America (for UX connecting pax)

Will be S3 banned to operate the same routes as Conviasa???

In CH Aviation I readed that the UX 342 will be for Conviasa. Will V0 keep two long-haul models in its fleet??

I know that the UA 763 is stored at Marana awaiting permission of FAA to give to the airline but... any notice about it???

Which routes will operate V0 in Europe?? Maybe Canary Islands??

Air Europa and Conviasa will share 6x week frequencies -- 3 V0, and 3 UX.
They'll be using an A340.

Will this mean they are sharing the plane?
