I hate to post this with out a direct link, but this is the best I could find online, and I misplaced Sunday's paper now that had the actual top ten US airlines according to Zagat.

Of the top 10 carriers, the only major carrier is Continental, and that came in pretty low, at 8 or 9 I think, while JetBlue and Midwest Express topped the list. Virgin Atlantic was the top rated international carrier as well. And JFK is the worst airport. I haven't flown out of that airport in years, but I was under the impression with the new terminals, it was supposed to much nicer.
