How long has this site been up. For as long as I can remember (though to be honest haven't checked in a long time) HAS had an AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL website. Looks nice, if a little overly flashy.

Looks pretty impressive. I wish they had given a timeline, or at least an idea in years when the major terminal projects might begin.

The finished terminal layout looks like ATL.

since this Monday Jan 2.

Wondering HAS will upgrade terminal C anytime soon? Terminal C looks awfully ugly and old.

Saigonhouston: the remodeling of Terminal C is actually just about done with the final work currently being completed in the area around Gates C-43 to E-1. Although an improvement to what it was like before I still find the look a little too hospital-like and the gate areas a little claustrophobic. I would have liked maybe some more color and some more moving sidewalks in certain places.

I think they done an good job on remodeling of terminal C. A lot nicer, brighter, and feel more spacious. Overall I think HAS has done an good job with redoing all of the terminals from what they used to be. IAH has come a long way in the last 10 years.

Can't get direct link to work.. but click 'IAH', 'Master Plan', and 'Preferred Alternative Plan Brochure'
What I was commenting on was the Near Term' Plan.... The 'Long Term' does indeed look very much like ATL.. Just how they would build that while keeping the airport in operation .....

I flew in and out of IAH last November, and was very impressed with the remodeled "C" gates. The old setup was very drab in my opinion. I wanted to visit the "A" gates to see what they look like however I was not able to get pass security with a Continental ticket.

'A' looks very much like the new 'C' ... But about 50% wider and a much larger food court area..
