I couldn't believe it myself but the FlyI Guy is selling himself on eBay for $50,000. It looks like you get a year's worth of his services for that price. I don't have the link handy, but just go to eBay and search for "FlyI" and you will find his mug! I think I've seen it all now! Clever...no?

Hmm...let's see. I think he's hoping that the answer is $50,000. But...it could very well be $8 per hour! Hoping the former is true but in case, he might want to practice using a drive-thru headset!

Jeez, look at how that FlyI stuff is being bid on like crazy on ebay. I have my own little collection of some stuff that I kept because I had a feeling something like this would sadly happen, but theres no way im going to sell it.

I am not going to sell my stuff either. I have a diecast A319, a big CRJ model and a luggage tag. I am going to find me a safety card from a A319 that I see if I want it. That's silly but i hope the media hears about this.

Same here, I have a few collectibles, such as timetables and safety cards... not much though... Also, a couple of bag tags... I had a feeling this would happen from Day 1. The market is just oversaturated, and when you have an airline trying to be an LCC flying a platoon of CRJs (Very expensive to operate), then you aren't exactly going to have the most successful formula.. Had they started out with A319s, they might have had a few more months to live, or maybe would have kicked off and pulled a jetBlue, but the CRJs and bad management decisions killed them.

Quoting OPNLguy (Reply 2): How long before one of those little pickup trucks shows up on eBay?
You won't see them on e-bay. The trucks were leased.

I kind of have a feeling this might not be legal. Someone out there owns the trademarks and copyrights to "The Flyi Guy" and I doubt its him. Of course, he won't be the FlyI guy for his new owner, but thats what he's advertising himself as, you're buying The FlyI Guy. Even though thats him, I doubt he has the legal right to sell it that "product".

Zero bids. Go figure. Hey maybe I'll bid on him and make him my household bitch.
