In June, I will be flying ATL-TLV-ATL on Delta with my mom. I'm trying to pick seats for us (it would be great for me to have a window, her to have an aisle, and us to be next to each other), but am having a hard time deciding because of the 3-3-3 configuration. In the far back of the plane, there are two rows with 2 seats on the sides. Does Delta serve meals from the front or back of the economy section? Are there lavatories in the back? Also, are these seats any narrower than the other seats? I have checked seatguru.com, but it doesn't have much information. Thank you so much for your help!

The rows of two are the same pitch and width as the other seats. In the last three rows, there is a small space between the window and window seat. The lavs are in the center of coach, between doors 3L and 3R. Sorry, I don't know about the meals.

This plane is built to withstand anything... except a bad pilot.

Quoting Airplanetire (Thread starter):
Are there lavatories in the back?

Telling from the two layouts available on Seatguru there are no lavatories located in the back - only galley.

Quoting Airplanetire (Thread starter):
Does Delta serve meals from the front or back of the economy section?

Taking the location of the main galley into account, my assumption (!) would be that rows 44 - 57 would be served front to back.
This way meals can be handed out faster, as any trips to the galley in the back do not come along pax that might ask for refills of their drinks.
Just my thoughts ...

I've been on a DL 777 from ATL-FRA, and they served the meals front to back. They ran out of the meal item i wanted the row in front of me, so i had to settle for the other meal option.
