Servisair Globeground is gone...well sort of...the leading handling company in the world officially changed its name today to Penauille Servisair.
Our company has embarked on a new stage of development with the aim of becoming the leading global operator in aviation ground services.
We are developing an integrated offer which, through adding value, meets the needs of our Customers' own Customers and so contributes to their development. Global for us means the widest range of offerings as well as consistent, quality delivery on the widest geographical network.
To fulfil this ambition, we are putting into place a number of beneficial changes:
1. Service Lines
We have reorganised ourselves along specific ‘Service Lines’. Their role is to listen to our Customers, anticipate their challenges and make investments to meet these challenges. These ‘Service Lines’ will be responsible for meeting our Customers current and future needs and ensuring that you receive the quality of service that you deserve.
Five ‘Service Lines’ have been created:
- Ground Handling Services (ramp, passengers and technical)
- Cargo Services (all operations at the interface of the supply chain)
- Fueling Services (fuel management and into-plane fueling)
- Airport Services ( busing, wheelchairs, security, facility management, de-icing, snow removal)
2. Dedicated Teams
Being Customer centred does not stop here. Within each ‘Service Line’, a dedicated team will look after our Customers specific market challenges.
3. Value Added Innovation
We are increasing the clarity, focus and innovation of our offerings. Our objective is to help our Customers differentiate and deliver their value proposition to their selected markets. These offerings are and will be focused at delivering more value added in the eyes of their own customers in order to increase their loyalty and desire to buy from them.
To achieve this, we will innovate continuously to offer a wide range of services which meet our customers’ expectation at the best value for money and deliver this through our worldwide network.
4. A new name to mark the change
Our final note is to commit to better address our Customers needs from now on.
To mark this complete change, we are changing name and we are becoming.
This change is also aimed at mobilising the talents, the energy and expertise of the 57000 men and women from Penauille.
Servisair and Swissport are the two largest handling companies in the world and compete for major contracts all over the world.

I have been aware of the name change for quite a wile, LH has nothing to do with it, believe me.
GGNA went through difficult times in the last year since there previous owner
could not meet repayment of funds, GGNA changed hands for .... very little
bling bling, I hope the new owners are taking the business serious and make sure all these changes are for the better.
