Does anyone think that Pan Am can regain it's former glory? (Personally, I have a couple of doubts.)

This Pan Am doesn't even have an Airbus, they use 727's as their large aircraft. Besides, what does Airbus have to do with Pan Am going out of business twice? Well I can see your 13 so I won't bother going further with this.

As for the point of this topic, I think they have a chance if they advertise more. They have brought back its famous Clipper service so in the future I think Pan Am will still be around. I don't think they will ever be the size they once were. It just takes so long to get to that size and not get bought out. I hope I am wrong though, I wish them well.

Please do not patronise me.
Yes, I am thirteen, but that does not mean I may not be able to understand.
Please go as far as you want. I am interested to hear what you have to say on this subject.

No offense taken.
I just get slightly annoyed when I am underestimated.

That 13 year old remark was not in any way for you, it was towards Tornado comments above my first post. This was the reason for renaming the topic Tornado. the second paragraph was in reply to the topic you created.

Sorry about that.
I should definitely pay a bit more attention to the topic heading.

Interesting topic. We can never say for sure things would work out or not for Pan Am. It is not impossible for Pan Am to return to its former glory but it will be a difficult task. With the airline industry consolidating Pan Am's future is cloudy. They could merge with other stronger carrier and lose its identity. Watch Pan Am for the next two to three years because it might get interesting.

I can see it now; 'Panam III begins daily trans-atlantic service from Gary, In-Lyon, France with a 764... "We think that it will further improve our strategy of staying out of the major airline's way." the CEO said during the press confrence today.'

In about a few years I predict that Pan Am will be flying to the Carribean and Canada. Give it a 10 years and Pan Am should be on the road back to where it once was if the management keeps it up
