Skyservice Airlines (5G) will once again start its winter service to Portugal on Monday Jan 23rd with its non stop service Toronto-Faro using B757-200. This is now the third carrier flying to Faro out of Toronto this winter. Skyservice will also fly to LIS this summer using either B757-200 or B767-200 with wednesday service. Signature Vacations will be the tour operator.

Sorry I missed your post on Saturday. Do 5G have a premium economy cabin? Either way, it is good news for us here in the Algarve. One of my partners is in YYZ next week to meet with some CDN tour ops to see about some new business.
Breakfast in BHX, lunch in FAO, dinner in TIP, baggage in YYC.
Unfortunately they did away with it over a year ago...however with the return of the A333 to the 5G fleet, so is the return of Premier service, unfortunately not on the FAO route...I will be flying them back to my hometown FAO very soon!!

5G as stated by Ricardo does not have the up graded cabin on the 757 fleet. IMO all the fleet should have it in there. But only in a dreamworld As stated the 330-300 is coming back. Now there are conflicting reports that it will have 66 in the " Class Superior " Ya that is what it is going to be called, at this point in time?!?!?! and not sure of the config for the rear section. We have heard 2-4-2 seating or the HORRID 3-3-3 seating. Keep the fingers crossed for 2-4-2. I so hope that the tour operators use come common sence this time round with the 330 and not make the mistake of the 767 in regards to seating configs!!

They 767 is leaving. if there is a 767 in the fleet it will be a 200 series, which may be coming from Qantas for ops on the eastern european flights. The 333 will NOT be the old ones BUS or RAA (thank god)...

The 330's that were used in the Skyservice fleet were. C-FBUS, C-FRAP, The Very short lived Conquest tail, C-FRAV, Khalifa, and Corsair. C-FRAE was used on Sub Leases and Wet Leases. Khalifa, and then on the Ghana Airways and Lauda Italia Leases. Any of the Reg's with R were destined for RootsAir. All were PW powered, Had a load of problems with those things. The New(er) 330-300 that is coming into the fleet with be powered with Rolls Royce Trents. Would love to see her painted in the new Skyservice colours but with a little more colour, same colour as BUS but with OUR NEW logo in the tail. The 319 looks decent but needs a little more of a splash of colour.
Ricardo. you work on the ground for us?? Come on now you should know that C-FRAA is a 320
