Need to vent somewhere. What's wrong with having good reservation agents who live in the UNITED STATES AND SPEAK ENGLISH??? I just called DL to change a reservation and got some lady in India who didn't understand anything I was asking her, and when I told her I wanted to be transferred to someone else, she was extremely rude! I know that airlines pay people out there 2 cents and hour that they would have to pay good old American English speaking people a lot more for but still....we're your most valued customers...Medallions...you could do a little better for us!!!
