Hi everyone-
Just wondering if the PTVs on Air Canada's new Embraer fleet are up and running yet. I am flying from DFW to YYZ and back this week. Last I heard they were going to be up and running late 2005/early 2006.
Any input would be much appreciated.

Think they are being turned on tomorrow on some of the Embraers. Startup date was Jan 23 (Monday). You may be in luck. It's the 175, not the 170, by the way.

Already been extensively covered in previous post. There have been quite a few equipment substitutions (CRJ & 319) as non-equipped E75 aircraft have been brought in for the PTV/maintenance installation.

Ah ok. So any idea if the DFW-YYZ early morning flight (AC 1045) on Wednesday will actually be an E175, or will it perhaps be a substitution?
