Well, off to ZRH from JFK tomorrow via SR. Just a few last minute questions:

How long has SR operated the A330?

What about the A320? ( have to take one of these ZRH-LED 2 hours after getting to ZRH)

Thanks!

Swissair (SR) has operated the A330 since 1998. As of today they have 14 A330 in operation.

If you fly out of JFK you'll be flying on one ofthese planes:

SR 101 MD-11 reg. HB-IWR flying with SR since 1999
SR 103 A330 reg. HB-IQG flying with SR since 1999
SR 105 A330 reg. HB-IQB flying with SR since 1998

If you fly out of EWR you'll be flying on
SR 113 A330 reg. HB-IQM flying with SR since 1999

The A320 to led should be okay.

I'll be doing SR101 out of JFK, but its an A330 not an MD-11. I don't know why, as every other day the SR 101 flight is an MD-11.

Have to head out in about 4 hours to JFK. Has not rained around here in weeks, and the one day I want to travel its pouring! Typical!

I'm sorry. I picked the wrong day. You'll be flying with Airbus A-330 HB-IQC in service with Swissair since 12/11/98. It is a fairly new plane.

BTW, If you fly to the east cost from ZHR with a SR MD-11 you'll have and ex-LTU MD-11, HB-IWR,S,T or U
.Not in ever case but nearly all the time..=)
