Airbus are on their way to 54 A330s in China (not counting Hong Kong or Taiwan) and, interestingly, they all have RR Trents. And I suspect there will be more to come.

I kinda like the black dot.

BTW, I found the only picture of B-6119 in the database. It's from a month ago.

As more aircraft a delivered, I would expect SYD and MEL services to change.

I suspect SYD and MEL will be delinked in the near future, and the lower capacity A333 [or A332] would be much better suited.

I think eventually the A330-343X will replace the routes currently deployed by the AB6. So that's trans-Asia routes.

Thank heavens... change those A300-600Rs....

Now if they can only improve the food and service, then we're talking.

Will these replace all their A300s?

If so, that would mean NGO will no longer be getting A300s! That is unless it get downgraded to A320s with frequency. But...will be nice to see more A333s...just wish that China Eastern would change their livery. Even a little would be nice. They are a Shanghai based airline but do not reflect the character of a modern city very well.

Yes...I am not a KIX fan. Let's Japanese Aviation!

From late March, A333 will be on PVG-ICN sector, according to Amadeus.net. China Eastern runs PVG-ICN 23/w, and among them, 7/w are A333, 7/w are A346, now only 9/w are old A300.

Would MU be looking to change the 343 on the PVG-DEL route with the 333?

I thought China Southern was the first to introduce the 333 in the Mainland? I flew on one of them from Hong Kong to Beijing this past September.

Unlikely. They only have A330-200s.
