AA Why No FLL-JFK?

I was looking at flights into JFK from FLL and saw that AA does not have a non-stop into JFK and was wondering why not? Is it because they do not want to get into a fare war with B6 and DL (song)?

They have a ton of daily MIA-JFK flights...And they do offer FLL-LGA which probably has a slightly higher yield than FLL-JFK.

Well yeah, since B6 and song pretty much rule that route at JFK. At LGA, B6 and song have far fewer gates, though I'm pretty sure song and AA both have a stronger hold at LGA than B6 does.
