hello

this place is an incredible source of web links that i never knew existed. lately i've been looking for websites that are airline tribute sites. i'm mainly interested in old US carriers - big and small, but any North American carrier or international carriers that flew to the US would work too.

here's the one's i know of:

http://www.jetpiedmont.com/index.php
http://www.ozarkairlines.com/
http://www.northliner.com/
http://www.hughesairwest.com/
http://www.catchoursmile.com/
http://www.panam.org/default.asp
http://www.nationalsundowners.com/
http://www.geocities.com/nationalairlines1/

can anyone please supply any more tribute links they know of?

thanks!
chris

Independence Air

Cant really do it yet, have to wait till flyi.com goes away before a real tribute site is considered. Too bad I couldnt raise 7000 up front to perhaps win a JetTruck. but I thought more about how bad the mileage would be compared to my car.

You can type in any airlines' websites and it usually has an archive of the site from about 1996 or so ...

Not exactly "tribute" but still interesting

And let's not forget:

I think these airline historical sites are great! I've spent hours reviewing them.

If anyone is interested, there isn't one for TTA/TI. (Trans Texas / Texas International) There are a lot of people out there who would be pleased if one was started!
