There is a hotel, just a block away from CGH that has the best view for planespotting at Congonhas in Sao Paulo. The Goldenflat Hotel has a floor which is basically nothing but windows. It looks directly over the airport. The manager says he's had people from the US and even Europe come to take pictures. It's not open to the public but worth checking out if you ever need to stay overnight in Sampa.
