Hey Everyone!

While doing random searches for flights from JFK-LHR on Kayak.com, I came up with a BA option leaving from EWR. It appears that BA #186 (EWR-LHR) and #187 (LHR-EWR) are operated by the 767. I thought that was interesting, considering that a 767 also operates the JFK-MAN service.

Does anybody have any other info. regarding this change? I'd be curious to know.

Have a great day everyone!

If you go to the above link, it should take you to reply 31 in the topic about BA's Summer 2006 schedules. You can see that most EWR flights are due to get the 767-336ER. Indeed, on a Saturday you will see three different BA 767s!

PHL also receives the 767-336ER on one flight a day (BA69/BA68). DTW and BWI retain 767 service this summer, while one of the three flights to YYZ (BA97/BA96) is also a 767.

The expanded 767 flying is due to BA converting four aircraft currently used on shorthaul flights for longhaul flying.

Let's Go British Caledonian!
