Which Airport Bears More Expensive Tax?

It surprises me that airlines alliance award tickets could bear incredibly high tax and surcharge that could hit the wallet so hard. I couldn't help but wonder which airport/destination results in much higher expensive surprises.

To start, flying QF out of SYD, AUD60 fuel surcharge per sector and AUD38 SYD departure tax.
