Do the UA 757s/737s and the TED A320s/A319s have the ATC channel 9 on them?

The B757 and A319 definitely yes. I cannot see why the TED A320's and B737's would be an exception.

I haven't flown on a UA 737 in a while but seem to remember them having CH9 on them. All of UA's audio-equipped aircraft (all of the mainline airframes)have CH9. FYI, Ted flies the A320 only.

I know UA has the channel 9 function, but does any other airline have a way to listen to ATC?

Not IIRC. When I flew IAD-ORD recently, the pilot mentioned that Channel 9 would be turned on and that UA was the only commercial airline in the world to offer such a service to its pax.
