It has been reported that a British Airways Concorde will depart London Heathrow Airport in 20 minutes bound for New York JFK.

This has just been reported on Australian ABC Television. It will take off at 7:30pm Sydney Time.

Interesting that BA is very confident to continue its Concorde services despite the incident. I strongly believe that it must have been a mechanical problem that caused the crash as the aircraft has just come out from heavy maintenance on 21st July, 2000.
