Dubai is setting up an Aviation Leasing Company amongst others in a US$15 billion investment. They will specialise in Leasing A350 / B787 / B777 & A380 and intend to order up to 50 frames.

Very interesting to watch their diversification plans.

Perhaps another A380 order soon from this company?

Emirates are getting a plane delivered on average of one per week.
The airline is owned by the sheikhs of the emirate of Dubai.
There is nothing else they could do. I think I read a couple of months back that Emirates is the largest operator of the 777 and will be of the A380 also. It seems inevitable that this would happen and should be some interesting competition for ILFC & Co.

SQ is currently the largest operator of the B777, but with the amount of B777s (B773ERs) EK have on order then EK will be the biggest operator in a few years, but this all depends on if SQ orders more B777s
