I was checking flightaware regarding my flight this Saturday to FLL, to check on on-time rates etc. I noticed the HP's 319's have a letter behind the aircraft number such as 319/L, 319/J and 319/W. Are these different models, and what would the differences be?

Might be different configs in seating or euipment used for overwater flights. Don's think that these are official Airbus codes.
