Hi!
Are the planes (1x 77W, 1x 744, 1x 773) already around? Or do they still stand in the paintshops???
As of Flight Int'l. the 77W should've been @ FRA on monday. But there was no special colored 77W from JAL
Any ideas?
GreetZ,
Jan

Wow, didn't know they had 777 in the new color scheme.
JA8909 is a 744 with the world cup scheme but its been flying for a while in thos colors. I think it was on of the JAL's 50th anniversary int'l routes livery at the beginning of 2005 and got changed to those colors.

Quoting JMO-777 (Reply 4): why was the 1st flight to LHR instead of FRA???
All four 773ER have the same interior, so its just the roll of the dice and it came up LHR instead of FRA. Don't worry with only two more airframe coming late summer, that 773ER will make plenty of appearances at FRA.

Yes, I know that.
But in one of the pressreleases from JAL, it was mentioned that the 1st flight of SamuraiBlue 77W will be to FRA. But everything can be changed very fast in aviation.
Hope to see the 77W this weekend in FRA. *g

Actually, and long planned in advance, JA732J in special livery was scheduled for a return NRT-ICN-NRT first in this livery when it came out of maintenance. After this, it was planned for FRA. But due to some reasons, it became LHR.
btw, normally FRA only sees JA731/732J
LHR gets usually JA733J/734J only. With CBB on board.
The FRA machines does not offer CBB.
