WN Adds New Flight In SNA

WN has added a new non-stop flight to MDW. This flight begins May 25th. Departs SNA at 0845 arrive MDW at 1445.
Departs MDW at 1705 arrive SNA at 1925.

WN has added about 18 flights in the last 3 years. This is not a lot by WN standards but for SNA it is a good number.

It also looks like WN has added a LAS flight as well.

It departs at 1955.


I wonder if this MDW flight will cause any type of response from either AA or UA.

Especially considering the slot restrictions at SNA. I seem to recall they were at 14 back around 2000 -- 7 each to SJC and OAK. It looks like the new schedule will be up to 35 daily departures.
