AFAIK!! It should be on the Air Force side of Palam, so I doubt it will be visible from NH8. But whereever it will be, the area shall be well lit because of security reasons. Try hunting at night.
Risky offcourse, but then benefits are in proportion to risk. Photography is a different thing, but nobady can deny you a glimpse. Moreover you won't need flash either during day or night, so roll down the glass of your back seat and Click!!
