I think so.
Maybe still some freighters operators, but concerning regular PAX schedulled flights, I think they are the only one.
I saw Saha Air B707 EP-SHV landing, then taxiing right in front of me at Tehran Mehrabad last week.
According to the Iran Air ground staff I talked to, it's their last B707 in service ...What happened to EP-SHU ?  Sad

I dont think they can service these Boeing aircrafts any more due to lack of spare parts.

Did you find the Kumeeni's plane that you were looking for?

I flew on EP-SHU on 15 February 2006  Smile so that one should still be airworthy now, 12 days later.
One 707 is enough to cover Saha Airs passenger schedule, so I think SHU and SHV take turns while the other one is overhauled.
LADE in Argentina also still has one 707 which is occasionally used on scheduled pax services. Last time I knew was last June/July, they might use it again in the future.

nobody has ever died from hard work, but why take the risk?

That's probably what the guy from Iran Air meant when he told me "They have only this one in service";

Hewa Bora still operate a 707. I've seen it occasionally in JNB and saw her fly over my house a week ago.

I saw a grey B707 at CAI yesterday but I could not see any markings.

Any ideas who might operate this one.

Does anyone have any idea where/when the Saha Air 707 flies?

I will be in Iran from 17-23 April and am 100% going to get on it.
Last I heard it operates to Kish Island and Mashad, from Tehran.

Which airport is Saha flying out of? THR or IKA?
