Interesting choice. Is it only awarded according to service? Or does it include the network? UA may lag in service (at least on its B744), but has a decent network in Asia for a non-Asian carrier.

This is the most questionable award I have ever seen. The fact that AA didn't widely advertise about this award speaks for the fact that AA's Economy products are far from best.
