Quoting Avianca (Thread starter):
MEX: 349Euro+10Euro Ticket fee ex FRA

This is so unfair! Why doesn't it work the other way around?

Next flights: MEX-GRU (AM 77E), GRU-GIG (JJ A320), SDU-CGH (G3 73H), GRU-MEX (JJ A332).

I had probably booked a short Japan trip when they had offered NRT instead of ICN for 299 EUR. Well. let's see what they offer in April or May.

Lame excuse. You're just not flexible enough. One could get a 340-600 on the ICN leg.
Furthermore, Seoul must be an interesting city with lots to offer.

I already flew on it, and it had even PTV's in the SAA configuration.  Wink

I am more interested in Tokyo (and Japan in general), 299 EUR + hotel + food + (a lot of) drinks + taxi, etc. is just too much money for a country I am not really interested in.

Actually I am glad that they didn't offer NRT for that fare, now I can look forward to the 21st and don't need a paramedic team next to me when I open the envelope my credit card statement.  Wink

How many IPod's can I get for the money I save using LH's special offers compared to the normal airfare?

and they should offer the same fares ex FRA like ex ATH or ex CAI and TG should offer the same ex FRA like ex BKK... but it's never gonna happen since this is the way airfares work  Smile

Because demand for that flight is higher from MEX than from FRA. Therefore, LH wants to stimulate demand for tickets originating in FRA...
