I noticed that the midwest is the location in the United States with the most hubs. Which midwestern hub would YOU consider the best? The ones i know are:

MKE (Milwaukee)-Midwest Express
ORD (Chicago)-United Airlines
ORD (Chicago)-American Airlines
CVG (Cincinnati)-Delta Air Lines
STL (St. Louis)-Trans World Airline TWA
IND (Indianapolis)-America Trans Air ATA
MDW (Chicago)-America Trans Air ATA
MDW (Chicago)-Southwest Airlines
CLE (Cleveland)- Continental Airlines
DTW (Detroit)- Northwest Airlines
MSP (Minneapolis)- Northwest Airlines
CMH (Columbus, Ohio)- America West Airlines
MCI (Kansas City)- Vanguard Airlines

life wasn't worth the balance, or the crumpled paper it was written on

Currently I think the best hub in the midwest is probably ORD with either AA or UA. There are connections there to all over the world, very convienent.

When DTW opens the new midfield terminal next year, my opinion might sway back to my home airport, but for now, GO ORD!!

Don't forget Detroit City Airport... DET is hub for Pro Air.

I have to admit that although CLE is my home city, our airport is still very awkward. I also give a negative vote to the current setup at DTW... It's very cramped.

Then again I haven't visited any of the other airports (I was at MCO but only sat on the plane), so maybe I shouldn't really comment.

Up, up and away!
