It looks like American Airlines is getting serious about marketing its M&E division as a standalone business that seeks work from outside customers. AA appears to have launched a new website, mroaa.com, that markets their M&E division as 'American Airlines Maintenance Services.' IMO, the website is a good first start, but needs a little work. Certainly better than nothing, though.
