As for heavy maintenance going to China, well not ......... yet.
As it stands, heavy maintenance on the 330's is already being done in Zurich, not to many seem to complain about that. 380's will probably be done at a joint facility with SQ, how many will complain about that ??

For the record, I flew 2 weeks ago on EBX HNL/SYD in Biz Class. A lovely way to spend a day, in the Dreamtime seats, IMO the world's best biz class seats of the non-extending variety, and way more comfortable than the Skybeds, which I thoroughly loathe...like trying to sleep on a park bench!
From cabin shots here on A.net, I think LanChile use the same Dreamtime seat.
