If memory serves me correct the first TP A332 is to be delivered to LIS today in full new paint. Is this still planned? Are you spotters ready?

If I wanted to see it arrive in Lisbon what would be the best spot for it?

Assuming runway 03 is still in use by 1830, somewhere near the threshold, or near where runway 03-21 crosses 17-35.

Spots 1, 2 or 3 on our guide:

Ol Luis,
My guess is that we'll see a mix of A330 and A310 on routes that are now served exclusivelly by the latter, so there's a good change you'll soon find it at CCSBig grin

Hi!

Hey Tobi...I hope you have "enough" time to be at HAM airport when CS-TOF leaves, you could just post a small message saying what was the ETD...I know this is too much but maybe you can make it!!!

Thanks Cedars. Im sure that the A332 will prove to become yet another workhorse like its older sister the A313.

I have to admit that this little bird seems to be very shy. Still not one picture around.

From Brazilian TP sources,

First route will be
LIS-CDG-LIS (only one flight)
When return:
LIS-FOR-LIS (effective March 11 till April 09)

This plane (CS-TOF) will be used on LIS-SSA-LIS (upgraded from A310 to A332) effective April, 10 to October, 27.

The other two planes could run:

LIS-REC (1 plane)
OPO-GIG 3x weekly, LIS-GRU 3x weekly and OPO-GRU 1x weekly
But both unconfirmed yet.

They could have painted the winglets, it would be nice.

However the 332 looks good on TP livery.

TAP 332 is still @ HAM, currently beeing deiced for its flight to LIS.

As said above, really heavy snow fall here in HAM without a break since 7 o'clock in the moring.

So LIS spotters, prepare YOUR gear for a nice (hopefully sunny) shot.

Cheers from HAM

Lipe, tks for the info. It was high time for TP to upgrade SSA, which is showing strong loads all-year around - during high season TP already deploys the A340 to SSA.

Anybody know why TP sends widebodies to ORY? Is there much demand? And to EWR too?

I am assuming TAP is sending the A330-200 to ORY to get the crew familiar with the new aircraft.

As for EWR TAP sends widebodies on the route because they are needed for that type of international flight.
