Can someone tell me how easy DL's online check-in is, and do they let you print paper tickets. I'm flying CVG-ATL-SXM on Monday.

Thanks,
CVG72

It is easy for domestic routes. However, I don't know if that SXM end destination is valid for online checkin.

I'll echo B4real's comments and say I find DL's online check-in to be the easiest of the legacies...

Not sure if it would work for SXM

You cannot check in online for International flights. You MUST check in at the Airport. Sorry  Sad

And you cannot use the kiosk at the airport. The check-in staff will need to make sure you have the proper requirements fulfilled for immigrations, i.e., passport, etc.

Not if the two routes are married and bags would be checked through.

No you cannot. You will have to check in at CVG in the International Departures line. Reason being they have to check your passport and everything to make sure your valid to travel internationaly

according to delta, that is soon changing and you will be able to check in via a kiosk for international flights. I forget where i read it but its coming soon.

That rings a bell. A couple of weeks ago I noticed the kiosks in ATL had been upgraded recently with scanners for the machine readable strip on the information page of passports. This might be in preparation for kiosk check-in for international flights and may also be related to the new baggage sorting system coming on line soon which may allow mixing of domestic and international bags in the same system.

They mention it for JFK's added features recently. No mention officially for other stations/hubs.

ATL/CVG are on the list. Not sure about SLC.
