Hey guys,

Has any of you been able to find any STANDARD reward tickets ? All I can find is EASYPASS which cost double miles. I've tried many different city pairs with many different months and no luck.

Has CO eliminated all of the STANDARD reward tickets? System glitch?

Saludos desde Caracas,
Luis

Keep DREAMING!!!
CO doesn't release seats like the other airlines - at 331 days out. They will wait until 6 months out and get a feel for the market that summer and see some advanced bookings. They do not release the outbound and return at the same time so, you will have to splurge at least one way for the easypass. They will release some seats in a very non-consistant manner ONLY when they think that there is a possibility for them not to sell all the seats on that flight.
Easypass is a ripoff. I switched my business to DL and get better award availability and more upgrades with medallion status.

Luis,

Are you a Onepass Elite? There's been a glitch on their webpage regarding award availability if you're signed in as an Elite; i.e., whereas you might find some availability if you do not sign in with your OP number, the minute you sign in it doesn't show any availability (if you're an elite). I heard it should be fixed in a couple of weeks.

I think you'll be better off calling your local CO number and checking for availability there. You might try asking them to check availability on other partner airlines.

Not that CO releases a lot of award seats anyway...

You've got mail, BTW.

Yes. That might be the problem. I signed in as Silver Elite.

According the OPSS, the glitch will be fixed by the 26th. It is tied into the website restructuring. Standard awards can still be obtained over the phone
