I am just after what BA's registrations mean.
I have searched for this topic in past threads, but there always seems to be gaps in them, like specific aircraft missing...

I have put together a list of the one's I have, and the one's I have no answer for, so any help in knowing these aircraft types, please let me know.

Aircraft I have answers to:

A320 G-BUS* (For Airbus)
A32X G-EU** (For European Union)

777 G-ZZZ* (Looks like 7)
777 G-VII* (Roman for 7 is VII)
777 G-YMM* (Roman for 2000 is MM, Year 2000, when they were delivered)
777 G-RAES (In honour of the Royal Aeronautical Society)

747 G-CIV* (CIV Roman for 400)
747 G-BNL* (British new large aircraft)

ERJ G-EMB* (For Embraer)
ERJ G-ERJ* (For Embraer Regional Jet)

DH3 G-BRY* (Reminder of Brymon Aviation)
DH3 G-NVS* (Noise Vibration System, as fitted by Bombardier)

Concorde G-BOA* (British Overseas Airways)

One's I am missing or not sure of:

747 G-BYG* (Biggest in BA fleet??)

767 G-BNW* ???
767 G-BZH* ???

757 G-BPE* ???
757 G-CPE* ???

737 G-LGT* ??? -300 series
737 G-DOC* ??? -400 series
737 G-GBT* ??? -400 series
737 G-GFF* ??? -500 series

146 G-GNTZ ???
146 G-MABR ???
146 G-MANS (For Manchester??)
146 G-OINV (For Inverness??)

RJ1 G-BXA* ???
RJ1 G-BZA* ???
RJ1 G-CFA* ???
J41 G-MAJ* ??? – Aircraft on sublease to Eastern Airways

Probably as in Isle of Man. These reg's were also on several BAe ATPs, when there was a franchise called Manx Airlines Europe (later became British Regional Airlines, which later merged with Brymon to form BA CitiExpress).

These are all ex-Manx Airlines Europe, too. Probably similar reasons to the above.

These aircraft were with the franchise CityFlyer Express, whose ICAO code was CFA (IATA code FD).

Yes, we were all shocked when it was announced we would be doing Etihad. I don't know if I'll be on the crew though, as it needs special training, and different shifts.

G-GBTA was registered in honour of the Great Britain Tourist Authority, now called visit Britain.

the G-BTP* series was used for BA's BAe ATPs, I presume standing for British Turbo Prop?

The G-BUS* A320s were to registered G-BRS* when originially ordered by British Caledonian, BR being BCal's two letter code.

G-MAN* was used by Manx Airways on its ATPs and BAe 146s, just as Loganair used G-LOG* on its BAe ATPs. This was when both carriers were part of Sir Michael Bishop's Airlines of Britain Group.

G-LGN* is used by Loganair on its SAAB 340s as LGN is their three letter identifier.

G-MED* is used by BMED on their A320/A321 aircraft, the MED being from British Mediterranean as the carrier was knwon.

Two of the former BCal DC-10s also had individual registrations: G-DCIO is pretty obvious, whilst G-MULL was registered after the Scottish Isle of Mull.
