B763/W Vs B763/Q?

I was looking at a flight status on flightaware (http://flightaware.com/live/flight/ETH500) and see that the flight was operated by either a B763/W or a B763/Q. What's the difference between the two types?

Also a search for CO10 gives 777W or 777Q.

The suffix have to do with RVSM RNAV capabilities.
