Explorer Format On Website Ticket Booking

I just discovered that some sites will mess up fare searches depending on whether you use Foxfire or Explorer format.

Explorer format came up with higher price for the same day and route, and I switched to foxfire viewing and it came up with the lower fares.

I always often have to search fares in Foxfire on Netscape instead of Microsoft Explorer, the differences come up to like 400-700 dollars more.
