That is seriously asking for trouble. If anyone has the video I would just keep it to myself. It is obvious what the owner feels about the video being shared.

AA isn't suing anyone here. Filing a subpoena is not a lawsuit.

No. Google has to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Google has already publically stated that they will comply with such requests. If they didn't, AA could sue Google and win.
