I'm going to be flying AF to Singapore this weekend on one of their 773ER. From searching around the forum and net, I'm pretty confident that these newer planes have laptop power in business class. What I can't seem to find out is what kind. Do they have a standard 2-pin plug or do I need an adapter? If it is the latter, are they available for sale in CDG?

Yes. All the B773ER have them, as well as all the aircraft fitted with the new Business class seats (A343/A332/B744 and 1 B772ER).
I think it's a standard 2-pin plug (but I am really not sure) so you'd better take a universal adapter with you, and have one before you are in CDG ...
