I hope there are some good pictures coming out of it. I have seen it at BHM. I worked just west of Birmingham and saw it fly over. It is an awesome sight!

Two questions... and I know I may wind up with the Secret Service knocking on my door, but I just can't help but wonder...
A) Are we sure that it's CLE and not BKL? (Heck, could BKL even handle a 747?)
B) Does anyone know how AF1 will be approaching CLE?
(The answers to these questions may determine if I take Monday morning off... I live about a mile east of BKL on North Marginal, and quite a bit of traffic to of from Hopkins from the east files pretty darn close (either north or south) of my appartment... May make for an excellent spotting opportunity.

Not sure if he is coming on the 747, though most likely, and it would land in CLE, during one of the many air shows I have seen a B52 take off from BKL.

Well, don't worry about spotting - all windows will be soaped out - so you cannot see airforce 1. Now, if you're in a plane, prepare to be delayed - inbound and outbound.
Now, if you try and spot outside the terminal, watch it -- you may be picked up --
Real question here though, is why -- why -- why -- would anyone care about what Bush is doing? Has been, was there, might have been -- but now, we j ust plain don't care

Um... over fixes and VORs?
And I'm sure that it's CLE. Bush has never used BKL, to my knowledge. CLE is alot easier and more capable of handling the C-17/helicopter/VC-25 traffic.
If God meant man to fly, He'd have given us bigger wallets.
