I e-mailed customer service at Hooters Air to see what was happening with all of their service.

This was their response...

We have suspended alot of our routes. After 4-17-2006 our route is going from Newark (EWR) to Myrtle Beach (MYR). We are discussing bringing in other routes right now but none have been finalized at this time. If we can ever be of assistance to you please dont hesitate to contact us. Our representatives are available from 7am to Midnight Eastern time 7 days a week.

Thank you for your interest in Hooters Air.

Well, sounds like the end is near!!!!!!!!!!!

Wasn't this their original route? Maybe they are pulling back to their original route to re-evaluate what cities they fly to. Obviously EWR isn't bad considering the sheer number of potential customers (delays is a different story), but then you have to figure out where to fly to that is in enough demand to fill a B737. Trying to see things on the up and up here.  optimist

Their original route was ATL-MYR.
