So, just thinginkg about the crazy posts we've all had lately regarding my UAL and Southwest friends. It got me thinking about travel and Hotels. What hotel chain and/or properties does everybody like and which ones do people think are not so good. Which ones do certain airline put their people up in if you know in particular cities?

My favourite, it has to be the shangra-la, the island shangra-la Hong Kong.

Super8 is the best hotel in the world! My mom works there. She says the maids are all friendly. And, they have improved in recent years. The reason they are behind is because they havnt been around that long. If you think Super 8 is in a whole different class than the Shangri La, your retarded! I admit i have never stayed in any other hotel since i get a discount to stay at Super 8, but its still the best, I know it is. Stay the Friendly Hotels. Super 8 will always be rising in my book. (Sorry United#52 i just couldnt resist)

Hi-

I think that Super8 is a little too cheap for airlines to put passengers in. If an airline cancelled a flight on me I WOULD HATE THEM if they put me up in a Super8, in fact, would not go into a Super8 or even the grounds they discust me so much. They would put passengers at a NICE airport hotel, not some cheapo gross $20 a night for a dirty bed Super8.

Go Hilton! Go Ritz!

Well...I'm very redisant to post...Bush just might make fun of me! Well...as GOD, here are my choices:

Westin--
especially the Royal Hawaiian Hotel on Waikiki.
Regency Beverly Wilshire Hotel--
Beverly Hills, CA.
New World Hotel--
Hong Kong
The Peninsula--
Hong Kong

But, I have to agree with Bush....the NICEST HOTEL, with the BEST SERVICE is....SUPER8!!! I love those little ant traps the maids put on your pillow...helps get rid of those bed bugs!
