Pilots departing MIA have reported hip-hop music instead of communications from Miami's tower. Check it out...

Are the Cubans responsible for that ? Just kidding.
By the way. We don't have any Cuban at A.net. Isn't it?

I believe the affected frequency is 119.45 which normally handles north departures and seems to handle all departures and approach during the night time. For the past few days, flights that normally would switch to 119.45 are being instructed to switch to 125.25.

The weird thing I really don't understand is why on my scanner I can only hear the controller on 119.45 and only aircrafts on 125.25. Can anyone shed light?

Oh there's a few Cuban's on a.net... but they're all in Miami so they use the US flag.
