New US Airways Signage At Mesa Outstations?

Im curious when the mesa out-stations (former HP express) are getting their new signage so the stupid "tarp" can come down (you know the "come fly with US" tarp that has been placed over old America West Express signs) Also, I've heard new uniforms are on the way, please tell me they aren't "US Airways Express" in place of "America West Express" on that weird white and grey speckled shirt. Any info? Thanks in advance.

I believe all the uniforms, including Express, will be changing, not just the company insignia on them. As for the permanent signage, I work at PDX, we are all mainline these days, and we still have the temporary tarp. So the Express stations are not alone.

Only thing I miss is those cute Mesa FA's.

I'm not sure exactly how many RJs are in the new colors, but they are being painted. One CR9 was just in the ROW paint shop as of a week and a half ago, I would assume they are run through pretty quickly compared to the larger planes.

We still have our old signs in TUS. We're all express, but still a mainline station, in terms of employees. We have the tarp and were supposed to be the first station to get the new signs..but they gave them to LAX instead...now we'll be one of the last from what I heard.

I heard PHX got the revamp at all the gates...etc (would make sense) anyone confirm this? BTW, does anyone know if the signs are going to be the ones that US has used on their gates for the past however many years? I believe its grey, says US Airways in white, and has star alliance insignia, or more likely is something that matches the aircraft more. Something I would expect to see at a mainline station,however I wouldn't be suprized if they opted to give mesa stations left over stuff. Thanks guys.

well...I don't know what crews you get up on the PDX RONs but I've seen some rather interesting ones to say the least. Esp on the UX side...

No I think they are using the new ones with the white background (some with the gray stripes like on the airplanes) and blue letters...that's from what I've seen anyhow.
