BA Pilot 120 Days In The Nick For Drunkflying

Basically: in 2003 a BA320 with 55 pax was stoped from flying from OSL to LHR, as pilot and purser were drunk.

Due technicalities the drunk pilot got off, the purser got 45 days suspended in the slammer, but the Captain is to spend 120 days in the nick due to trying to fly eventhough he knew the pilot was drunk!

Sentence was made final today after appeals.
